thank you all people for answering this question. I have not tried, but it appears (based on your answers) that Hilton is not there yet.

Priority Club allows you to book, and no need to print out anything, or get any certificate. If you really want, write down a booking number, in case something goes wrong. I have not so far had any problems in a number of locations in US, Canada, China, Australia, and UK.

So for now I will continue to spend more time on Priority Club hotels.
