Either of those two should get you in to a lounge. CO
should have a lounge for BF pax. And, a ST E+ on an international itinerary
should have access to a ST operated lounge.
I did receive som gruff from a KE agent about not flying on KE metal when I tried to get in to their lounge in MNL, but I'm pretty sure that is not an actual requirement.
