Notable in the T&Cs: "Earn 2 Medallion Qualification Miles (MQM) for every 1 mile that would normally be earned as a result of qualifying car rentals, up to 2,000 MQMs. Bonus miles are not eligible to earn MQMs." So with National, you're limited to 100 MQM per day even if you have a coupon or other offer for earning bonus miles.
