But my guess is that this is one of those random bonus-money offers that people used to get quite frequently, but not very much lately.
If it is a phishing scam, someone has gone through an amazing amount of trouble to get my information. The link provided goes right to the NYOP screen.

I had thought it may be a court settlement fromt he overcharged taxes, but I am not sure.

Did anyone else get this e-mail?
