I second that. Lorraine in the Club Lounge made us very welcomed in CP Universal. Next time I go to Orlando I will definitely stay at CP Universal.

One warning, do not ever check-in with the trainee who manned the check-in, it took forever to check-in and apparently he had slightly no idea about PC elite benefits. Other staff (lady, don't remember her name) even upgraded a person with a priceline booking. I quickly asked her about the Club Lounge access, breakfast coupons,etc. and everything was fixed immediately.
