The old lounge access rule was any Citibank Gold/Platinum card (Visa or MC). This is no longer available.
The new lounge access rule is any Mastercard Gold/Platinum/Titanium card. Valid until the end of 2006.

The 9W lounge at BOM has a sign stating access to Mastercard premium card holders, so I didn't have to ask (although I did, and they told me they discontinued access using Citibank premium cards). I used it while flying a cheapo Spicejet flight and they had no problem with it
