One round trip in C via AIRail FRA-ZWS-FRA gives 5,000 status miles if you are already FTL or SEN but only 4000 status miles if you have no elite status with LH. You'd have to do one more leg to make FTL (but with bonuses, it's probably worth it).

If you signed up for the AIRail promotion and the Winter promotion, you get triple bonus miles (AIRail) plus 1,000 bonus miles (Winter) on top of the status miles.
