But even with domestic flying, 4 stickers = 10,000 BIS miles (or $30 each,) whereas courtesy upgrades are independent of EQM or distances, segments, etc.

the only real difference in EXP and PLT IMHO is evips ... which admittedly are very nice. It would be nice to be banking stickers for later use rather than just free domestic upgrades. After giving it some thought I can see that it does make sense overall for the program ... it just turns out to be a negative difference in my case.
