Great to see IAD-FCO added for UA.

One question, Why in the world is this leisure destination going as an Int'l 777? I could maybe see it viable on the Hawaii 777s? This seems the perfect route for B763.

My only thought, is they wanted to trump the excellent ride aboard US 333, PHL – FCO? I guess the cargo uplift is significant from the 763 to the 772 – Does Italy have huge cargo demand?

Either way, good luck to UA … It’s now a toss-up between UA and US for the best service to Rome for us in Canada.

Any insight / opinions?
