Advice on programs

My flying pattern for this year so far was pretty decent (109k status) but it looks like it will be more intense in the next 8 weeks. Currently I've planned the following trips:
MUC-LAX,SAN-SFO-MUC 12.3k miles (V) = MM 15.3k = EQM 12.3 k
MUC-FRA-DEN-SAN-ORD-MUC 12.3k miles (V) = MM 15.3k = EQM 12.3 k
SAN-SFO-MUC-SFO-SAN 12.6k miles (S) = MM 7.9k = EQM 12.6k
MUC-JFK-MUC 8k miles (V) = MM 10k = EQM 8k

maybe:
FRA-SIN 6.4k miles (M) = MM 8k = EQM 6.4k
LAX-SYD-LAX 15k miles (dunno) = MM 18.8k = EQM 15k

So I'd make at least 48.5k MM miles, which is way more than I could need for SEN renewal (so far 02/2008). If I put everything above 130k into MP I could accumulate about 25k EQM, which would make me 1P if I use the double EQM promo. But still, not 1K which is the only real status with UA, especially looking at SWUs. Should I still go for it, invest 499 USD and put some miles into MP or just don't bother and put it all into MM in order to get the best flying experience out of it.

Flying pattern: 98% coach (V,Q,H,M, rarely S,W), 90% LH intercontinental, 90% UA within USA, 90% LH within Europe
