What is the problem is remembering which time zone to put your appointment into. In my example, until I leave for HKG, my appointments are all at night, in Outlook and my BB. That just seems strange to enter that way and easy to mess up.

What happens if you change your BB, and not your laptop? Do the times keep changing back and forth? I feel like a time machine gone berserk.

I suppose we could pick a standard and just operate our lives off of Zulu time (GMT) and continuously make the adjustments, or not, in our heads.

Maybe we should just stop this travelling nonsense, and relax. Now there is a plan!
Most of my travel is in the continental US, and my Blackberry (being Verizon and all) doesn't do me much good on the few occasions I cross the pond. So as far as time zone math is concerned, I only have to know how to add or subtract up to 3

Most of my work is done on my laptop, and the first thing I do when I open it is set the time zone, since the little clock in the lower right corner is staring at me all the time. Not having to also do it on my BB as well is a convenience I would very much appreciate
