OMNI: Fellow sage travellers, need your advice!

I am flying AA from BOS-ORD-SEA-NRT Thursday. I checked at AA.com and another site and learned that SEA-NRT was cancelled. Chance is high that it will not be "uncancelled" before Thursday. So I may have to make alternative travel arrangements.

I cannot find the thread where people discussed this, but when an airline confirms you on another airline, whose airline's mile do you get? I like AA so I can meet the platinum challenge, and SEA-NRT has a 10k mile bonus. Second choice is UA b/c of the PremEx 100% bonus and 10k bonus from SEA-NRT, although I know I won't fly enough on UA to qualify for PremEx this year.

Your ideas are appreciated.
