I want all of the pilots on every flight we fly to be DELIGHTED with their career.
If it takes American to pay the Reno pilots on the same pay scale, so be it. Don't annoy the pilots. They are responsible for everything that happens on the aircraft, they are the decision makers in the air! Now, if the pay scale difference is because Reno Air may fly smaller aircraft (less passengers) than American, OK then I agree with less pay. But if everything is equal, then DUH...Hello?! American Airlines Mgmnt....pay the pilots.
