I had a D600 from work and my Targus 70W worked fine; it works fine on my newer D620 as well (they warn "this will power, but not charge your laptop" but as far as I can tell it really means "this won't do the "ExpressCharge" feature but it will still increase the charge slowly.)
I don't have the adapter here but looking at their web page it looks like it is (or has been replaced with a newer similar model since the power-to-brick connection looks different), the
