No, they won't let you convert between business and personal products. Your "cardmember since" date does stay the same as your personal account, assuming that you open your small business account using your SSN as well as your EIN (or just your SSN if you're a sole proprietor.) Even if you're just using your EIN and care about it they'll probably fix the since date if it resets.

Do personal cards get this access.
These "Centurion Lounges" are all in Mexico and Central America to the best of my knowledge. Also, they're not specifically intended for Centurion members—they just happen to have the name. (I believe they predate the Centurion card? Do some searching, there's more info.) Personal cards get the same access to these. It's really not much of a benefit unless you travel to that area a lot.
