You may also want to check on about the room taxes. In Virginia after 90 consecutive days in the same hotel, there is no more room tax and all you pay is the room rate.
In the state of IL, it's 30 days for no room taxes. I did a relo stay last year and negotiated a few bucks better discount when I spoke directly with the manager; so that might be an option.
