That reminds me - on Tuesday morning as I was waiting to leave my flight at MAN, the purser went into the cockpit and said:

- "Would you guys like a cooked breakfast?"
- "No thanks - we're OK. We're planning a hot lunch after the next flight"
- "OK, well you can rummage around in my sandwich box if you get hungry"
