I made 2 full-price bookings at Caesar's web site
as well as two rooms through PL first week of May.
Skyped to 877-427-7243 to cancel one of the direct bookings, that was easy.
Asked if she could see my "other" bookings,
agent said, "You mean the PL ones"?
I said Yes, and she gave me the corresponding Harrah's confirmation codes,
so now I can see them at Harrah's site, no problem.
Interesting that it shows a $180.94 first-night-deposit for 6 nights,
and PL should have charged my CC $139 for the whole stay.
Anyway, agent didn't see anything strange,
or pause too long, or call a supervisor....
and I didn't ask any more.
Looking good. I guess. After another month....
