The 50% COS bonus is only for domestic, transborder (incl Hawaii and Alaska), and LHR bound flights. To my knowledge, J class to Asia (India or elsewhere) gives you a 25% COS bonus; the C class ticket still does not give any bonus! To my knowledge, the J and C class tickets both give a 25% COS bonus, between Canada and European destinations. If one flies from YYZ straight through to DEL - no bonus; if one flies to ZUR and stops over, before flying to DEL, at least a 25% COS bonus between YYZ and ZUR.
