I can't speak for the other buildings, but the main building is. When we checked in, there was a notice that interior room renovations were complete but that there will still be some painting, etc. going on. It's been relatively unobtrusive.

We saw some painters while playing tennis. BTW, court rentals are free. They're $35/hour at the next property we're staying at
