I three know whom the superb agent you are talking about is, and was more then helpful when I originally asked to see if I could interline my bag on SilkAir, but I also believe I know the rude agent you're talking about because when I wanted to interline such bag on SilkAir one month later after I confirmed it the month before, I almost had to threaten her that I was going to get back in the car and just drive to LAX instead of flying ONT-LAX instead of having my bag checked to LAX then have to reclaim it at LAX to put on LAX-SIN-SUB on SQ/MI . After about 10 minutes of going back and forth finally she gave in grudgingly.
