Best deal in Istanbul?
I'll be in Istanbul in late November and am looking for a way to get the best rates at a luxury hotel. Currently, the best rate I'm finding at the FS is over $400. I had heard it was possible to get the FS for under $200 during the off-season.

Any recommendations?
