Basically I've been staying at a Residence Inn in Virginia for the last 2.5 yrs straight excpet for the fact that I have to check out each year from Thanksgiving to New Year's because of IRS tax laws. The hotel generates a bill for me every Sunday so that I when I come back from my weekend trip home the bill is waiting for me in my room. Also, the stays and points hit my account by Tuesday.

You may also want to check on about the room taxes. In Virginia after 90 consecutive days in the same hotel, there is no more room tax and all you pay is the room rate.
