Yes, which is inferior to BusinessFirst.
...but AA's F is superior to CO's Y.

It's a tough call on this one - if you're one to pay for the big seat, better service and superior in-flight experience, go with CO. If not... and you play the upgrade game… AA (or UA) offer better chances IMHO.

Just bear in mind: few airlines Y class can outrank another’s C/J class

DoggyDaddy - if you're willing to shell out the $$$ CO will sometimes do revenue upgrades to BF for 15/14. I believe they can go for anywhere from $200 - $400 / person / way -- but I certainly stand to be corrected. Anyway, can't remember all that much about them but if you want the big seat and are willing to pay a little extra, it may behoove you to check into this.
