I use a flight pass for my travels and have multiple missing flights failing to post. I haven't been successful using the online functionality to request credit for the missing flights. The web page always prompts a message stating that I should mail in the boarding cards, receipt, etc.
I know as a SE that you can phone the SE desk to have them credit your account. Is there anything an Elite can do? I'm getting tired of constantly mailing in my boarding cards.
