I received a response to my BBB complaint letter. And guess what - the response was an exact copy and paste of Tina's letter!

I hope this means that NWA has decided to adhere to the terms of the fare - to further cover the bases, I will send a reply letter via the BBB indicating my recent continued frustrations with getting changes done to my return and on the upgrading.
