Were you (or for multi-stayers are you generally) happy with the hotel/stay?
Yes.

Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
Booked a Bay view superior room. Received an upgrade to Harbour Suite (one bedroom 2-Queen Bed) both Yokohama bay and Park views.

How are the rooms?
84msq with seperate dining-living area and 1 extra toilet. Bedroom has one small cofee table seating for 2 with both views. The whirlpool bathtub directly overviews Yokohama bay.

One bottle white wine, one 200ml Balantine whisky and plenty of beers and softdrinks, snacks selection is a bit slacking though. Nothing is removed, according to the list of items in minibar.

How is the exec. lounge?
As the Harbour Suite is not on the club floor, club lounge access is limited from 5PM only. The lounge is very small and always crowded. It serves hot canape selection on cocktail hour.

Staff at the club lounge receptionist are a bity bi**y, but the ones serving the lounge are absolutely fantastic and friendly.

What was good?
Concierge staff. My wireless card didn't work properly so I asked about the business center so I could connect to the Internet. The concierge staff was asking why I didn't use the inroom internet connection. I explained about my problem and she promptly contact other staff to prepare their business center and had me using the computer for free.
Complimentary minibar includes everything, alcohol, softdrinks and snacks.
The housekeeping ladies are very acommodating and friendly, I kept on asking for extra Molton Brown toiletteries. The housekeeping lady showed on my door with 2 set of everything and let me took everyhting. I asked for the extra toiletteries on the next morning and without fuss the housekeeping lady showed on my door again with smile.

What was bad?
At check-in I was blantanly rejected early check-in eventhough she knew about my RA status and my early check-in request. I asked to speak to the manager of whom gave my upgrade.
Was not explained about the room, RA benefits, etc. I have to ask for the explanation.
No toiletteries nor (hand/face)towels on the extra toilet.

What was missed?
Breakfast at the club lounge

Location: Location is very ideal, next to Pacifico exhibition hall and the near main attraction in Yokohama.

Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return?
Excellent - based on the rate paid, chek-in staff has some room for improvement though. YES.

Cost of cab to IC from airport: N/A
