...and that's the main problem with the large cabin IMHO. Although the pax/staff ration is probably similar to other cabins, it's easier for staff looking after a larger number of pax to forget to do things requested of them, or to overlook the odd pax during service. It doesn't feel as personal as in the smaller 744 CW cabins.
