Slightly OT, but I know who you're talking about and yes I do agree with you. She is absolutely amazing and fantastic! ^ I don't ever recall her getting confused with my plans, even when I go ONT-SFO-JFK-NRT-SIN. She usually just smiles and says "Ah I see what you're doing" with a smile. I always try to remember to bring GTEMs whenever I go to ONT, even if I just have to sign off on a SWU.
If only there were more people at UA like her...
