I am sure Customs agents have shot folks with guns.
Heck everyone else in the USA has a constitutional right to bear arms and shoot anything that moves, so why not them?
Vice President Dick Cheney was a recent example. Half killing his friend with a body full of shotgun pellets - and not even bothering to have got a hunting license. Good ole American buddy-bonding stuff.
Several assassinations in schools across the country in the past month are another example of what a sensible policy unfettered gun ownership is.
