It has been slowing gradually over the past year. It used to be 24 hours up until the beginning of the summer. I didn't fly much in July and August, but in September I noticed that it was 48 hours, and in the past couple of weeks it has gone to 3-4 days. Maybe it has something to do with the site upgrades??

Today I actually had to call for missing miles from an ORD-YYZ flight last week, something I hadn't done in a very long time.

At the rate things are going, any more progress and we'll be waiting for stone tablets in the mail
