Just crossed the line to 1P... Dot Bomb says "Premier Executive" in the M+ summary, but when I go to book a new flight, no exit row seats light up (and I've tried enough bookings on different dates to know the problem isn't that all exit row seats are booked). It takes a few days for the new status to populate all of United's systems. Call in a few days to see if exit row seats are available. If you get India, don't bother explaining anything, just hang up and call back until you get a US call center. Seriously, I had this same issue and the ICC reps didn't even know what "premier executive" was. Thankfully, I found the answer here on Flyertalk.
