I waited over 3 weeks. The first time I called I was told that it would be a minimum of 2 weeks. The agent said the delay was because people like me kept calling with issues and all the calls was pulling UA staff away from correcting previously reported mistakes. I pointed out that they would not have known about the mistake had I not called. UGH.
I called back at the 2 week mark and was told - sorry - we are too busy to deal with upgrade mistakes at this time.
Finally at 3 weeks and 3 days the issue resolved.
Mileage plus sucks in my book.
