How long for mis-pulled upgrades to get returned?

My wife and I were scheduled to fly home Saturday on UA902 from DEN to IAD. That 777 was replaced with a 2-class plane, so we lost our C seat assignments and my wife got bumped out of F, while I got an F seat.

And one of the earlier DEN-IAD flights had cancelled.

And 902 was dealing with a mechanical issue with lots of mechanics swarming over one of its engines, and it was obviously going to leave late anyway - if it left at all.

So, instead of dealing with that utter mess, we decided to wait for UA920 and get back into C on a 3-class plane.

We had confirmed our TUS-IAD upgrades using CR1s months ago, but the harried GA pulled 3 500-milers from my account - probably to support my wife's upgrade back to C, which should have already been supported by the CR1.

I need those 500-milers this Sunday. I contacted MP via the web page immediately on noticing the problem Saturday evening, but I've yet to even get any indication that they've even received my request. Anyone have any idea what my odds are of getting those mispulled upgrades back by Sunday?

And FWIW, I've noted that it's become very hard to find any contact information at all on UA's web site.
