I am very frustrated because I am unable to get miles from two past trips because the name on my passport and the name on my MP account are different. My MP account is on my married name but because my country does not allow one to change your given name on your passport, I travel internationally on my maiden name. I just traveled to HK on Singpapore Airlines and am unable to get the miles. I provided United with a copy of my marriage license and all the boarding passes, but they still denied it. Any suggestions??
