How can TG have accepted to move airport when they knew that it would be a nightmare. from the threads, I understand that it creates inconvenience for Thai pax, but it is much worse for connecting pax.
Hi doudou,

we all understand your inconvenience, the airport that first week was a nightmare, and as late as last weekend they were still bussing. I don't believe Thai were left much option but to open, however my gripe with them was also about their luggage handling. They won the quote to service all the handling then left us all down badly. PERSONALLY and I have already done it, is to write a complaint to the Bangkok office, cc your local manager, and certainly make the point about returning to TG, and this is what happens. They are very vulnerable at the moment, you may be pleasantly surprised, regards
