I was on the same flight and thought the same thing. I got to the airport at 7:00am, in RCC by 7:30. I was in biz as well. Very smooth flight! One of the smoothest I’ve ever been on!
This was my maiden 1k flight as well.

Granted, we were on UA 955, LHR-SFO, which leaves shortly after 10:00 am. We knew we'd have to get there early -- on past trips, Terminal 3 has been jammed packed, even the check-in areas for F and C.
But from the time our phone rang with our wake-up call ... shower and dress ... Hotel Hoppa to LHR ... check-in ... thru security (yes, we had Fast Track, but even the general line was short) ... and to the RCC/IFL ... in 65 minutes.
