You say it's a business trip so perhaps this is of little interest, but they do have ferry service from MVD to BA as well. It's 2-3 hours, it's not much cheaper than flying, and you have to get from the airport to the ferry in MVD (though you don't have to get downtown from EZE, which is a long way, so that's basically a wash).

If you like boats and/or want to do something different, see the skyline of BA on the way in, and perhaps get a few hours to check out Uruguay, etc, it is an option.
