I'm sure this has been covered somewhere on this forum, but I haven't been able to find it, so I'm sorry for duplication.
I'm boarding an international flight tomorrow morning. I have spare rechargeable AA (nickle-metal hydride) batteries as well as those in my camera.
My question: If I put the spares in my checked luggage, will they trigger a TSA search? In other words, should I take them in my carry-on?
