Uh, yeah, the FL! Those folks are very skilled with top notch customer service skills and knowledge...

Again, I can understand disruption form irregular ops - it has happened to us severla times. What I can't broach is the treatment of "get away or I'll call security," if the facts are as presented. AA needs to do some C/S training - an old mantra.

Tom911, here's a new career for you - training AA C/S agents to realize stress is more how they react to the stressor than the stressor itself.
