Not nice, if as presented!

I recommend sending a letter - to AA, a copy to DOT - with COPIES of your BPs. Lots of logic, little emotion, all factuality and specificity, and brevity - if it is combinable into one letter. Names are helpful, times, etc.

As they sometimes say in Boston, "You got schrod." Not to mention a bowl of insipid and nasty sevice.

I would use my cell phone to call EXP the next time - I generally find them more helfpul than harried (no excuse) Gate Agents.
