K-Mart, Target, etc. Look in the "travel" section of the pharmacy aisles.
Toothpaste may be a problem because if there is a lot of air in the container the surface of the toothpaste will dry out. I think I'm going to get some tooth powder.

I went through ORD and YVR the other day with shampoo in a personally labeled 3 fl oz container.
