A few weeks ago I phoned to LH Verl. They replied:
~3 weeks: LH flights
~4 weeks: non-LH flights

I waited 1 week for an LH flight and 2 weeks for an SQ flight. I’m still waiting for two non-LH flights (3 weeks now).
