What if someone in the porn business, flying on business, say in business class, was viewing such stuff as part of their work? Would opinions here change?

I'm curious if someone viewing their personal "film" could be conceived, by prosecutors, to equate with illegal dissemination and/or distribution (or the like) of such material to minors under select circumstances?
