My wife is better about carrying them and giving them out. However, I did have occaision recently at the RCC at LHR.

The woman at the desk was very helpful (really went way out of her way) to assist me with some connection and luggage problems because of the delay of my flight to SFO.

I got a chit from my wife, filled it out and took it back to her at the desk. I am not sure she recognized it at first as I handed it to her and again said thank you.

Hope it means something.
