Me too! I gave up dealing with Aeroplan directly years ago and am happy to pay my t/a to spend the time booking my award travel. Case in point, in late Sept, she booked me 2 J seats and 2 Y seats (for the ratty teenagers..) YVR-YYZ-FRA-FCO and return ex VCE for travel June 2007 with no problems. She charged me $150 but I think for approx $10,000 worth of tix and all that time saved on hold to Montreal, its good value.
