Just checked out of the Le Parker Meridien (nyc) and not only wasnt given the amenity thing but also wasnt offered points (i forgot to ask, ive been plat for less than 1 mth). But what made me wonder was that at check-in I asked if there were any plat upgrades available and the check-in lady said "Oh, we dont participate in that...." I was in a hurry and didnt want to get into it (also bcs she looked like she new what she was taking about) and i just got my key and left. (BTW, whats up with those keys? they are the longest ive ever seen). Dont ALL *wood properties participate in upgrading their plats should an upgraded room be avail??
