thanks for the replies, I spoke to a guy in the VIP lounge there and he said it may be carrying passengers to a conference (ie charter) although I didn't see passengers getting off although I can't be 100% sure as they used tons of smoked glass at MAO which stops you seeing ajacent areas etc.
