If you spilled hot coffee in my lap because you didn't like what I was watching on my computer, I wouldn't hesitate to have you arrested AND I would also sue you in civil court for any damages. I have little sympathy for this kind of NASCAR-mentality.
Oh look at it in perspective; some versions of fundamentalist would want to hang someone for watching such material.
There is obviously a real "slippery slope" here. I was just on a BA flight where some of the movies on the personal videos had nudity in them. I was watching regular TV in France last week and there was total nudity and sex. Many people from the US would consider the former, and most the latter; as porn. But would others?
