Concierge service by AXA Assistance?

Has anyone had experience with the concierge service provided by AXA Assistance?

http://www.axa-assistance-usa.com/services/concierge/

The USAA AmEx cards come with this concierge service, but I have never seen them used before. I know Citi uses VIP Desk, MBNA/BofA uses Les Concierges, Merrill+ uses Circles, and I think most AmEx issued cards use Circles.

The AXA Assistance sounds good according the website for those of us that travel internationally on a regular basis. They have offices in thirty-nine countries and their website says they offer their services in over 170 countries. I am not sure how many of these thirty-nine offices have a dedicated concierge unit, but the international reach seems levels above VIP Desk and Circles for a concierge service offered by a credit card.
